The First Step: Choosing Dube as a Partner
A home is, in most cases, is the largest investment of many peoples lives. We feel that any renovation to your home is not unlike a road or path. One path can be foreign and unnerving, riddled with potholes and pitfalls and have an ending destination that may be far from where you started or envisioned. Meeting One: Dreams & Ideas To Project Conception
Upon request, a member of the Dube~Plus team will visit your home and discuss your thoughts to reveal hidden solutions and uncover the inevitable remodeling pitfalls. With a clear vision in mind, and lots of notes, a snapshot of the project will be created that will potentially including three dimensional rendered images, a scope of work or the orchestra of nuts and bolts involved to create your new space and finally accurate investment figures.
Meeting Two: Just The Facts
The next step in the process involves sitting down to review all of the information that has been created to assure that the design and budget numbers have been effectively balanced to assure a successful project that resolves all of the needs, creates value and accomplishes the original objectives.
Production: From Paper To Studs And Drywall
Once your project has been finalized and you have selected Dube~Plus to be your partner we begin the production process. Our production team walks with you finalizing any remaining decisions and selections and putting the feet on the ground so to speak. This is as much as an exciting phase as an intimidating one. Typically demolition is involved and your home is under attack from saws and hammers. Here is where constant communication from a professional team of production people is so important and at this point you will be so glad you chose Dube. Until the last brushstroke the production team walks with you down that path until we've reached your destination.
Post Production: The Road Doesn't End Here
As well as any renovation or modification is performed, it is naive to think that as the seasons change there will never be the slightest of imperfection. At the end of that path Dube~Plus continues to stay by your side for three more years!
