On the University of New Hampshire's Cooperative Extension Forest Stewardship web page it states that "taking time for your land is called 'stewardship' - the desire to leave the land better than your found it". This is a philosophy that Dube-Plus adheres to when it acquires land.

Our land planning group is one segment of Dube-Plus. Its purpose is to purchase and sell land. When Dube-Plus acquires land we work closely with landowners and local agencies to develop the land to its best potential. This is done by responsibly looking at the land, respecting the woods, wetlands and other natural resources and then creating a plan that is right for that piece of property.
