At Dube-Plus we handle all aspects of construction and offer a full line of services to repair and/or improve your home or property.
Dube Construction Plus, Inc. was started by Thomas Dube in 1989. His 20 years of experience in the building industry was evident as the company was successful from the start. In the beginning the company focused on condominium maintenance and home additions. As the company grew in size, it expanded its services, while keeping its purpose of planning and working with customers as its first priority.
The company, which shortened its name to
Dube-Plus in 2003, consists of four parts, building, remodeling, excavation, and land planning. Its diverse team members bring years of experience and dedication to the building industry. Our licensed, professional, established company is a member of the New Hampshire Better Business Bureau and Business Network International. We are experienced craftsmen who handle all types of construction from building a new home, to kitchen or basement remodeling, to new roofs or floors. We are eager to tackle any building project which we will complete to the highest standards.
At Dube-Plus, we will work with you as a team through effective communication, documentation, planning, scheduling, and positive attitudes to deliver a seamless process of quality service that meets or exceeds the long term expectations of you, our customer.
