Steve Okun, Sales Manager
Steve Okun, our Remodeling and Building Manager, resides in Fremont, NH with his wife Joyce. His family consists of his two boys, Jared and Jacob and two stepchildren, Amber and Dain.
Steve attended college in Potsdam, NY where he obtained his bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in business. He continued his education at the University of Southern NH where he received an MBA in business.
Steve brings an extensive background in the building business to Dube-Plus. As a project manager for Homebuilder in Syracuse, NY, he worked for 8 years building new homes, condos, townhouses and government housing complexes. While working for the Building Master Group (a remodeling and restoration company) in Rochester, NY, Steve worked as an estimator, project manager and a general manager specializing in fire restoration and water damage.
A real people person, Steve enjoys working with customers to help them get the most out of their investment. He fully understands the importance of working with a reliable, trustworthy and reputable contractor. Steve says, “I love to enact dreams because if it is construction we can do it.”
Steve was looking for a company that was completely customer oriented and that stands behind their projects and workmanship. He has found his home at Dube’s. He feels that Dube-Plus is fair and most importantly honest to a “T”.
An athlete who loves the outdoors, Steve takes pleasure in all sports. He has coached lacrosse, football and soccer. He enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and riding motorcycles.
A great conversationalist, Steve loves construction. “I love to see things change from old and boring to new and exciting."
